Flyer for a six-session online course for family caregivers.

This six-session course — designed for family caregivers of adults — provides information you can use to increase your self-care skills and help you manage difficult situations. Instructors include expert staff from Senior Care Network (SCN).

Class size is limited, so register early.

Cost: $25 for a digital copy of the workbook or $30 for a hard copy of the workbook (plus shipping).

Scholarships are available for those unable to afford the cost.
