Virtual Noon Hour | Navigating late-life transitions

Later life brings transitions in work, relationships, health, and purpose. Mental Health Promoters from LACDMH will explore how you can maintain a positive self-view, feel good about your past and make the most of life as you age.

There are two ways to join virtual Noon Hour events:

1. By computer, smartphone, or tablet. Complete the registration form online by visiting or scanning the QR code with your smartphone.

2. By phone.
