Flyer for virtual event on sleep and mental health benefits.

Sleep is one of the most powerful tools for protecting your emotional and mental health. In this session, you’ll hear from Mental Health Promoters from the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH) about how quality rest supports memory, thinking, mood and resilience.
